You will need:
- Half a cup of Billo’s Original flavor biltong.
- Half a cup of grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- Salt and pepper.
Start by heating the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Then add the whisked eggs and allow to bubble as it cooks. Flip the omelette over, add your salt and pepper and leave it to cook through. Once your egg is cooked to perfection, remove from heat and add the grated cheese, biltong and cream cheese to one side before folding the omelette in half and plating. Garnish with some fresh chives, serve with buttered onions and enjoy.
